Life coaching is a guide who helps you achieve a certain goal. This is not counseling. Coaching works based on your specific goal, where the coach will discuss and help strategize the steps and action needed for your goals. The speed of coaching is solely reliant on your commitment and dedication towards your goals. Coaching is effective for clients who are dedicated, and ready to implement change in their lives.
If you decide to work with Adriana, sessions are offered virtually, in her Dallas office, or at a mutually agreed public setting (this can be discussed during the phone consultation).

Each coaching session is $150.
We require a 24 hour notice for cancellations without a fee. Should you cancel after the 24 hour mark, you will be charged the full fee of the coaching session.
